Our objective is to ensure a fair, transparent, and professional post-purchase experience. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
We do not offer monetary refunds to original payment methods.
All eligible cases are handled strictly through product replacement only, subject to the conditions outlined below.
By placing an order, you expressly agree to this No Cash Refund policy.
Replacement requests must be raised within 48 (forty‑eight) hours from the date and time of delivery.
Requests raised after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a replacement, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In original condition, without damage or alteration
All original tags, labels, and accessories intact
Returned in original packaging
Valid proof of purchase (order ID / invoice)
Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in rejection of the replacement request.
Replacement requests are accepted only in the following cases:
Manufacturing or quality defects
Size mismatch
Color or design mismatch from what was ordered
Missing item or incorrect product delivered (including combo orders)
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests.
The video must clearly show:
The sealed package
Shipping label
The product being opened for the first time
❌ Replacement requests without a valid unboxing video will be rejected without exception.
To initiate a replacement:

Include the following details:
Order ID
Registered mobile number
Clear images of the product
Mandatory unboxing video
Reason for replacement
Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your address
The returned product will undergo quality inspection
Replacement will be dispatched only after successful inspection approval
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us immediately via email
Delayed reporting may result in rejection of the claim
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The only supported option is replacement of the original product (subject to approval).
If you wish to purchase a different product, a new order must be placed separately.
In limited cases where wallet-based credit or instant refund is offered, processing fees may apply:
₹0 – ₹1,000 → ₹9.99 (0.99%)
₹1,001 – ₹2,500 → ₹19.99 (1.99%)
₹2,501 & above → ₹74.99 (2.99%)

Availability of wallet refunds is at the sole discretion of REBEL GROUP and is not guaranteed.
